INSULGIPS
insulating panels coupled to plasterboard
NAT - XPS - ROCK - GR - DB - EPS - NAT - ROCK - VER
A range of sandwich panels consisting of plasterboard panels with different types of insulating materials with multiple applications and insulating properties offered by the technical features of the materials used and more precisely: Sandwich panels for thermal insulation: extruded foam polystyrene (XPS), graphite based foam polystyrene (GR), foam polystyrene (EPS), wood fibre Isolnat Therm (NAT). Sandwich panels for acoustic insulation: wood fibre Isolnat Acoustic (NAT), DBstop (DB), foam elastomer (NBR), polyester fibre (POL), mineral wool (ROCK), glass wool (VER). These panels can be installed in new constructions or when restructuring and renovating an existing building satisfying the specific technical requirements as noise insulation and above all ideal for reducing airborne noise or noise generated by plumbing as well as for thermal insulation thanks to the thermal inertia and resistance of the panels produced with a reduced thickness making them ideal for insulating walls, intermediate floors and lofts. The panels can be installed using various systems: Facing: the panels are installed directly onto the existing structures either bonded or secured in place with specific PVC or nylon fasteners for plasterboard; Frames: the panels are installed onto a steel frame positioned up against the existing wall and secured in place with self-tapping screw bolts; Plasterboard walls: design and develop new structures using the range of products offered, enhancing the lightweight feature as well as reducing the overall size providing superior thermal and acoustic insulation qualities.
