MEL - POL - NBR - (L, B, P, DB)
Soundproofing panels consisting of open cell elastomers produced from recycled rubber (NBR), recycled thermoformed polyester ( POL) or elastified melamine resin (MEL). These panels have or a high number of open cells when produced using chemical products (NBR or MEL) or high-fibre property (POL) and in both cases the panels offer remarkable soundproofing properties which vary depending on the density and thickness. The range of our Alfstop panels can be supplied smooth, with a textured surface or dimpled surface or coupled with fabrics or layers increasing soundproofing with an improved product appearance. These panels can be supplied to customer specifications, supplied as single panels or coupled with other materials as the DBstop range to satisfy sound absorption and proofing (airborne noise) requirements and can be used as follows: - Exposed or protected by perforated structures installed in: cinema complexes, cinemas, theatres, schools, offices, music practice rooms for correcting echoing (acoustics). - installed inside partition walls: used with lightweight brick, wood or plasterboard structures and coupled with materials as DBstop to increase soundproofing qualities.
